Key Areas of the Concerns section

Add an unlimited number of Concerns for any child.
Each Concern can have a title and description.
The date the Concern was added to the system is displayed.
The name of the administrator who created the Concern is displayed.

Available on the Apple iPhone, Android Mobile & Amazon Fire apps



The Concerns section is available for use only by Administrators on the Apple iPhone, Android Mobile & Amazon Fire apps as well as a web browser on a PC, laptop or tablet.

Administrators can add, edit, view and delete any children's Concerns and they can rest assured that parents cannot access any concerns they add to the system..

AI Integration within the Concerns

AI – Artificial Intelligence has been integrated into the system’s Concerns section to make recording your concern faster, easier, and more professional. Simply enter the text of your concern or provide a set of specific keywords that you would like included. The system will then analyse your input and produce a polished, well-structured version of your concern. Using advanced AI technology, the system ensures that your concern is clear, consistent, and free of errors, while also maintaining a professional tone.

AI - Artificial Intelligence is optional on the system, if you do not want to use AI, simply turn it off within the general settings section on the system.

Concerns

An unlimited number of Concerns can be added to the system for any child, all the Concerns that have been added to the system for all children are displayed within the overview page clearly displaying the title, a short description, the name of the administrator who added the Concern and the date it was added.

There are no limits on the number of Concerns that can be added to the system for any child and these can be viewed by any administrator with permission to the Concerns section.
